The Holiday Home 1 is equipped with a spacious open-plan kitchen with dining area, an attractive bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with shower, corner bath tub,
bidet and double wash basin.
The outdoor area is rounded off by a balcony in a southward direction, which is not open to public view. The balcony of the Holiday Home 1 adjoin directly to
Holiday Home 2 (HoHo 2) and invites you to pause and dream for a while on the snug garden furniture.
With a view into the roomy garden you can enjoy the sunset and /or enjoy the evening by a glass of wine in peace and quiet.
Both the Holiday Home 1 and the Holiday Room / Holday Room-Combi are easily accessible from
the common corridor via the main entrance of the building and a marble staircase.
From the same common corridor you will reach the NEW fully developed attic floor.
Here are located the optional bookable kitchen and second bedroom of the Holiday Room, which provides a possibility to
upgrade the
Holiday Room (HoRo) to a complete Holiday Home
in accordance to your individual needs
and in the following designated as Holiday Room-Combi.
